I’ve been working on this at work, it shows that for technology to make a difference in our lives we need to know how to use it. Sounds pretty simple and obvious, but the research seems to indicate otherwise. www.connectivityscorecard.org
Some other research which I cannot share yet indicates that the division (“digital divide” ) between the developing and developed nations is getting larger. What is clear is that there is still not yet a full understanding of the importance of getting connected.
